Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your BabaBerry purchase. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Below is our return and refund policy for all orders placed through bababerry.co.

Return Window

You may return unused items within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

How to Start a Refund

  1. Go to our Contact page.
  2. Fill out the contact form with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The word "Refund" in your message
    • A brief reason for the return (optional, but helps us improve)
  3. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a confirmation that your refund is being processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

What Qualifies for a Return

  • Unused, undamaged items in original packaging
  • Items returned within 14 days of the purchase date
  • Orders placed through bababerry.co

What Does Not Qualify

  • Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) — please contact the retailer directly for those returns

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Damaged and defective item claims are not subject to the 14-day return window — just reach out and we'll take care of it.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for standard returns. If the return is due to a defective or damaged item, or if we made an error with your order, we will cover the return shipping cost.
